“In the city of Brovary, a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building. During the tragedy, children and employees of the institution were in the kindergarten. At the moment, everyone has been evacuated. There are victims,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
WHO WAS ON BOARD
On board the helicopter, according to preliminary information from the media and representatives of the emergency services of Ukraine , there were nine people.
Data on victims is constantly updated. According to the latest information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 14 people died as a result of the disaster, including 1 child, and 25 people were injured. Rescue work completed.
It is reported that high-ranking representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine could be on board the helicopter. In particular, as a result of the crash, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky and his deputy Yevgeny Enin were killed.
