| #2 No, that is when you take money from a foreign government to lobby for them with out doing the paperwork. This is an example of accepting a bribe. If Frank get’s divorced, we will likely see that he is paying ridiculous rent to Joe- that would be money laundering. All are part of activity that the FBI could build a RICO around … in another universe. Note - Frank is likely an undeclared foreign lobbyist of China, but this is not an example of it. Frank probably will not get as much for speaking soon. He needs to up the tempo. |
