Los Angeles hit-and-run driver who plowed into mom and baby in stolen car is murdered after light sentence
2023-01-21
[FOX] FIRST ON FOX: A Los Angeles 17-year-old who ran over a mother walking her baby in a stroller in 2021 and received just a few months of diversionary camp as punishment was gunned down in Palmdale, California, this week.

Kristopher Baca, whom Fox News Digital has previously not identified due to his youth, pleaded guilty to the hit-and-run last year.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's office confirmed his death Friday but said the examination was still pending.

#8  ^ Yep
The teen was already on felony probation for poisoning a high school girl's drink at the time of the hit-and-run, which surveillance cameras captured on Aug. 6, 2021.

#5  Their justice system FAILED the community twice.

This piece of excrement, at the time of the hit-and-run, was already out walking around on felony probation for poisoning a high school girl's drink.

In the real world should have been charged with Parole Violation and locked up.

But fortunately, he was out walking around and society was able to rid itself of a slew of future problems, and likely murders, that this psychopath would have been the cause.

#3  The last time I went through Palmdale was in the early '80's and it was a pretty small and quiet town.

I looked up the current population and...Holy Cr*p!!

#2  LA, SanFran, Portland and other blue cities could do with a decade or two of "vigilance committees."

#1  Expect more of this 'inner city' justice to spill out to the general population as 'government' refuses to provide security in peoples' lives, family, and property.
