| #1 Aid to restore one or more villages in a controlled way subject to audit has always made sense for me. The funds instead end up getting transferred to NGOs often of Soros type. There is no accounting for where the money went nor is their evidence of any benefit for the people who were supposed to receive aid. They need concrete for house foundations and plumbing and instead some of the money goes to grants for abortions, sterilizations or gender reassignments while the bulk of the money ends up in a stateside campaign for a consultant feeding frenzy. |
