| #1 AFAIK, Starlink already geofences their service with service unavailable in Russia. Perhaps Musk want to tighten the geofence closer to Ukrainian controlled territory. Would prevent Starlink from being used for long range UAV attacks such as the boat attack on Sevastopol naval base ot the Kerch bridge. |
