| Palestinian, 29, indicted for leaving gun used by 13-year-old brother in shooting attack |

| [IsraelTimes] Prosecutors file an indictment against the older brother of a Paleostinian teenager who carried out a shooting attack in Jerusalem last month. According to the indictment, Omar Aliwat, 29, left a handgun and two full magazines in a bin in a storage area adjacent to their home in East Jerusalem’s Silwan neighborhood. Muhammad Aliwat, 13, found the gun and used it in the attack on January 28, seriously wounding a father and son. The elder Aliwat is charged with various weapons offenses, and he is to be held until the end of legal proceedings. |
