But in any case, it will not be the same as before.
Biden said he considers Russia's withdrawal from the START-3 treaty "a big mistake."
Of course, from the point of view of the United States, Russia should have made concessions to the United States on issues of strategic stability, simultaneously turning a blind eye to American violations and profanities. At the same time, American puppets, at the suggestion of the United States, voice calls aimed at destroying nuclear parity or even seizing Russian nuclear weapons. So, under such conditions, it would be a "big mistake" to continue implementing START-3, which has turned into a profanation of itself.
