| #2 OK, I read the first sentence. It said the plan wasn't meant to do anything, but was merely for show, and to make the third world think China is a neutral observer. I have a countersuggestion: it's not meant for third worlders. It's meant for Western pretend-elites who want to believe that China is neutral. |
