Simultaneously, Secretary General of CSTO Imangali Tasmagambetov also expressed his concerns on Friday over the increasing risk that terrorist groups from Afghanistan will infiltrate the member countries’ territories.
"There is an increasing risk that terrorist groups and turban ideas will infiltrate the territories of our CSTO allies. Complex threats coming from Afghanistan are of particular concern," he said.
