During the day, the enemy carried out 19 missile strikes (our defenders successfully destroyed 15 enemy cruise missiles of the Kh-101 and Kh-555 types), carried out 13 air strikes and carried out 13 attacks from rocket salvo systems.
This was announced on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the evening of the 432nd day of the large-scale Russian invasion.
Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded civilians, including children. High-rise residential buildings, private residential buildings, schools, hospitals, kindergartens and other civil infrastructure were destroyed and damaged. The probability of further missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Marin directions - more than 30 enemy attacks were repulsed during the day. Bakhmut and Maryinka remain in the epicenter of hostilities, our soldiers courageously hold the defense.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy continues to maintain a certain number of troops in the border areas of the Russian Federation with Ukraine. During the day, the enemy carried out an air strike with guided air bombs on the settlement of Lyzunivka, Chernihiv region, a child was killed.
In addition, he carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Leonivka, Krasnyi Khutir, Gremyach, Novgorod-Siverskyi of the Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Shostka, Khodyne, Iskryskivshchyna, Volfyne, and Sadky of Sumy Oblast, as well as Udy, Hoptivka, Strelecha, and Khatnye in Kharkiv Oblast.
The enemy did not carry out offensive actions in the Kupian direction . The settlements of Figolivka, Zapadne, Liman Pershiy, Kislivka, Kupyansk, Krokhmalne, Berestov of the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Lymansky direction, the enemy tried to improve the tactical position, conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Novoselivskyi and Bilogorivka areas. He launched an airstrike on the settlements of Bilogorivka, Hryhorivka and Spirne. Makiivka, Dibrova, Belogorivka in the Luhansk region and Verkhnokamianske and Cpirne in the Donetsk region were hit by enemy artillery fire.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions. Fighting continues in the city of Bakhmut. The enemy also carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of the settlement of Predtechyne. He launched an airstrike on Bakhmut and Bila Gora. Vasyukivka, Orihovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Kostyantynivka, Diliivka and Pivdenne of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.
In the Avdiyiv direction, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the Pervomaisky area of ​​the Donetsk region, without success. Air strike on Avdiivka. He shelled the settlements of Avdiivka, Lastochkine, Pervomaiske and Karlivka in the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinsky direction, the enemy continues to attack the positions of the defense forces. Battles continue for Maryinka. Georgiivka, Donetsk region, also came under enemy fire.
During the day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Shakhtarsky direction. He shelled the settlements of Vugledar, Bogoyavlenka, and Novoukrainka in Donetsk region.
The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions . During the day, the enemy shelled Vremivka, Novosilka, Novopil of the Donetsk region; Malynyvka, Gulyaipole, Biloghirya, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, and Zeleny Gai of the Zaporizhia region, as well as Ivanovske, Kozatske, Osokorivka, Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Beryslav, Vesele, Odradokamyanka, Tyaginka, Bilozerka, Kizomys, and the city of Kherson.
During the day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces carried out four strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas, and missile and artillery units hit the control post, two areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, two ammunition depots and one enemy fuel and lubricants depot.
It will be recalled that Russia's losses in killed and wounded during the night in the Taurian direction amounted to more than a company. Units of missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces performed 232 fire missions during the night.
