#12 No witnesses. No evidence. And yet the jury awards the plaintiff $5 million. This means that any woman in the country can make totally unsubstantiated accusations and then it's up to the accused to prove himself innocent...and if the court is in New York it won't matter. The jury will convict. Lawfare on steroids. |

#8 Judge's instruction to jury was that even one unwanted peck on the cheek would constitute sexual abuse under the terms of the statute. Wonder if hair sniffing is as bad as a peck on the cheek. |
