The provincial Information and Culture Department of Baghlan province in a statement said that three historical sites were surveyed by a team of professionals, including a ruined fort in the Poza Ishan area and two hills in Sheikh Ali and the other in another in the Hussainkhel area of Pul-e-Khumri center of the province.
Karimdad Rahimi, the Protection Director of Cultural Heritage of the province said, "The fort (Kohna Qala) dated back to the Koshanid era and the two hills dated back to the pre-Islamic era."
