[NEVSKIY NEWS] Why the traitors of Russia continue to earn on the state order from the budget of St. Petersburg, and why Alexander Beglov continues to work as a governor, despite a series of corruption scandals, read in an exclusive interview with Evgeny Prigozhin to NEVSKIY NEWS.
Evgeny Prigozhin, a patriot of Russia and St. Petersburg, now spends most of his time at the front, where Wagner PMC fighters defend the interests of Russia, it is almost impossible to find him in the city.
NEVSKY NEWS asked Evgeny Viktorovich to comment on the current St. Petersburg news agenda, which in recent months has been filled with scandals related to the decisions of the St. Petersburg mayor Alexander Beglov and his inner circle.
We managed to contact the leader of PMC "Wagner" by phone and ask a few questions that concern all citizens.
- Evgeny Viktorovich, good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to talk. One of the main political events in St. Petersburg over the past month is a public petition for the resignation of Governor Beglov, created by the youth movement City of Change. For three days, about one and a half million people took part in the voting, of which 1.3 million were in favor of Beglov's resignation. Surprisingly, there was no reaction from the federal center to this petition. Beglov himself did not answer anything, to whom journalists on this topic several times turned for comments ...
I understand that you want me to comment on this for Alexander Dmitrievich. I, as a person who stood at the origins of his election, can say the following. Wherever there are elections, they exist so that even if it is clear in advance that they will be rigged, candidates must at least pretend that the people really vote for them. This is called the legitimization of elections.
To do this, he must drive around the yards, see if the doors creak, if the garbage chutes work, if the roads are well made, and much more. If the governor has made it his task for his term of office to steal more money, he still has to put on a good face even with a bad game. This is an unspoken rule.
Of course, it is better if the governor does not steal, works, benefits and meets the expectations of voters, but, unfortunately, all these qualities together are very rare.
When the governor was elected, the official result was about 67 percent of the vote for Beglov. To be honest, as I was told, about 40 percent of voters voted for him. This is despite the fact that he waved "Beglov's shovel", and did not yet treat the residents as "active and nasty."

And I personally had a group of almost a hundred political technologists who forced him to go from house to house. And then they went after him and put up those playgrounds that he promised people.
What we see now among the common people is called "the power has become bronzed." That is, its sensitivity to problems was first reduced, and now the receptors are completely atrophied.
And so at first, when I criticized him, he tried to do something, and from the federal center they gave him a hat. Then he began to do less, then they stopped giving him a hat, and, as we can see, he stopped doing anything at all. Therefore, what we have now: Beglov, as we see, does nothing, and nothing will happen to him for this.
Some ceremonial events. Moreover, he really likes to go to festive events, and if these events are not enough, they are specially invented for him. And since Alexander Dmitrievich likes it at ceremonial events, the city has become a place of festive and ritual services.
Officials, sprinkled with expensive perfume, meet, kiss and part. The economy of the city goes into a deep depression, the appetites of officials do not decrease. As a result, there is not enough money, garbage is not taken out, roads are not being repaired, and, as we can see, metro stations are being closed one by one. And everyone forgot about the promised construction.
In this situation, of course, most of the townspeople want Beglov's immediate resignation.
But if Beglov is fired because of this petition, then they need to pay attention to other petitions in other regions and areas of activity. Therefore, the petition does not affect anything, and the opinion of the population as well.
The authorities have a clear understanding: the more they complain about you, the more likely it is that you will never be kicked out. Therefore, in the next elections, I think, Beglov will either go for a promotion, or win the gubernatorial election with 70 percent, and no one will care about the opinion of the population.
Everything is like in the old joke about Soviet power. "The Soviet government pretends to pay, and people pretend to work." We have the same situation now, only more tragic.
— Evgeny Viktorovich, lately facts and opinions have been published in the information space that more and more people are appearing in the circle of Governor Beglov who are somehow connected with Ukraine and, possibly, support the Ukrainian regime. Why do you think there is no reaction from law enforcement agencies or federal authorities to this information?
The reason is the same. Both around Beglov and in Moscow there are a lot of people who do not care about the NWO. Their job is to get rich and line their pockets. These people group and defend their own views and their own interests. Therefore, Comrade Beglov, in my opinion, is a component of this criminal gang.
I think that he expects that those very “active and nasty” who are now fighting, defending the honor of Russia, will someday finally die, and he will have to integrate into the new system. For this, he arranges, as I believe, a laying near him in the form of pro-Ukrainian comrades loyal to him.
As the people said: "Who lived under the Germans, he lives now." This is about his pro-Ukrainian friends.
I'll tell you a little secret, today not only pro-Ukrainian comrades earn on us in St. Petersburg, but also those who work for the NATO countries. Take the case of Dmitry Tsvetkov, who fled to Europe, was arrested in absentia, but continues to earn money on government contracts from Smolny. Withdraws money from the country, bangs, as he can, Russia, and Alexander Dmitrievich tosses orders to him.

— We can't help but ask you about the key topic of the last week. Petersburg has become a place of close attention of the Investigative Committee of Russia. A large number of criminal cases are opened, but most of them are not brought to their logical end. A few days ago, the chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, was not allowed to enter the construction site of the Northern Alluvium, where, according to the investigation, there are a large number of violations. Why do you think all these corruption scandals in our city, as a rule, do not end with anything?
Again a well-known proverb. We didn’t come up with it, but, unfortunately, we live at the same time: “The hand washes the hand.”
Alexander Dmitrievich, as a person with access to an unlimited amount of money, especially thanks to the newly created alliance with Gazprom, has the ability to distribute serious assets. Therefore, he generously distributes city property.
This situation is very similar to the situation with African presidents.
A president is elected in Africa, each African receives a kilogram of rice to put a tick in the ballot, and a certain person comes to power, to whom the Western elites gave money for this rice. After that, he rewrites licenses for the development of subsoil for those who gave him money for this rice, lives comfortably for some time, stuffing his pockets. After that, a revolution takes place, the people return everything to themselves, then a new one comes, and so on in a circle.
Alexander Dmitrievich, as I understand it, now has the same logic. We distribute to the maximum to those who are now giving the opportunity to live comfortably, hoping that the revolution will not happen. And if in a particular city of St. Petersburg such a governor will last for a long time, then it is not known how much patience the people will have, maybe it will.
But if this situation is everywhere, throughout the country, then big problems can begin, which, of course, I would not like very much. But, as far as I understand, Beglov believes that the inhabitants of St. Petersburg are the very Africans to whom he will give a kilogram of rice, and we will come to kiss his hands in 2024.
And therefore, since we have found time to talk and discussed all the issues, I want to end with the phrase: “Dear Petersburgers, do not vote for Beglov! Better yet, sign petitions for Beglov's resignation. Maybe our weak voice will be heard!”
