But the once ragtag Death Eater group that relied on small arms, rocket launchers, roadside kabooms, and jacket wallahs to wage war for a quarter century is struggling to get its dreams of building a modern air force off the ground.

#3  Helicopters would be useful for a quick reaction force based on the terrain. It would take the world’s best pilots and excellent maintenance to use helicopters militarily because of local conditions. I don’t see that happening. Whatever got flown out of country will end up inoperable as well.
