[RIA] In the outgoing week, the German Foreign Ministry announced a decision to take away the consular patent from the Russian consulates general in Hamburg , Munich , Leipzig and Frankfurt am Main . Only consulates remain in the former capital of Germany, Bonn , and the current one in Berlin. The former more or less uniform coverage of Germany by Russian consular districts from the southern mountains to the northern seas will no longer exist.
