And, on the contrary, people began to appear who seemed to be sitting in the shade, they were not seen, not heard, but it turned out that they are very effective and necessary, ”the Russian leader said.
At the same time, Putin noted that there are many "parquet" generals in any armies of the world in peacetime.

Vishnevsky military hospital in Krasnogorsk, where he met with the wounded members of the SVO and personally presented them with state awards. During a conversation with them, the president said that over time, leading positions in the Russian army will be occupied by those who participated in the battles and proved their courage, not flinching in the face of danger. Putin stressed that the Motherland needs such people.
