According to a statement from the police, the two were nabbed among them a senior member of the group identified as Mohammed Ibrahim Daha in Balli-Dhidinn district.
"The Puntland Police have arrested foreigners from Syria and Sudan, one of whom is Mohammed Ibrahim Daha," the police statement said.

Puntland Police Command said one of the arrested individual was Mohammed Ibrahim Daha, a Sudanese national who has been coordinate attacks in the country. Authorities are yet to identify another foreign national who is believed to be having roots in Syria.
The number of arrested individuals is also yet to be established but police have been carrying out operations against the bully boyz in recent weeks. Early this year, police potted one Abu Albara Al Amani, a resident of Æthiopia who had been training IS bully boyz in Somalia.
