PMC "Wagner" is preserved as an organizational structure. It's just going through the process of restructuring its activities. If someone thought that "Wagner" after the events of 23-24 would be destroyed/disbanded, then no, this will not happen.
The tasks and staff organizational structure will change, but PMC "Wagner" will continue its activities under the old name. There will be no complete restructuring ala Blackwater/Academi at the current stage.
