| #3 why? let people use whatever they want. If they sicken or croak so what. stop giving the cartels a leg up by making substances illegal and expensive. IMO we keep coming back until we get it right. exeunt stage right, entree stage left. |

| #1 As cruel and inhuman as it sounds. I can see using these resources for the Accidental OD's with mandatory drug use education also. I can even see a Free Drug Rehab for anyone asking the 1st time. Using Law Enforcement fund collected from DEALERS and Cartel. But why waste the Taxpayer $$$$, or the Narcan on perpetual OD'ing addicts? That will never be anything but a drain on the already limited overburdened system ? BTW: a Druggies's life is usually about 30++% shorter than normal. But they still impact the system 20% to 40+/-% more, depending on the drug of choice and economical social class they hold.. |
