In a statement released by the Egyptian presidency following the meeting, the Arab leaders condemned the illegal escalation of Israeli practices that undermine the rights of the Paleostinian people.
Israel's actions violate the rules of international law, undermine the internationally agreed upon two-state solution, and lead to the dissemination of violence and chaos, read the statement.
The leaders also condemned the violation of the existing legal and historical status quo in the city of Jerusalem and its holy sites.
They called for a halt to the frequent incursions into the al-Aqsa Mosque.
The leaders affirmed that the entire 144-dunam area of the al-Aqsa Mosque complex is designated as an exclusively Moslem place of worship and that the Jordanian Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs is exclusively responsible for managing and administrating al-Aqsa Mosque complex and other endowments in Jerusalem.
The leaders also totally rejected any attempts to temporally or spatially divide al-Aqsa Mosque.
They also urged Israel to de-escalate the situation to revive peace negotiations and release the illegally withheld Paleostinian funds.
The statement also emphasized the priority the three countries give to the necessity of ending the Israeli occupation of Paleostinian territory within a clear timeframe.
It also stressed the importance of protecting the Paleostinian people's right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state within the 4th June 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
El-Sisi and Abdullah II reaffirmed their full support of President Mahmoud Abbas's efforts in defending the interests of the Paleostinian people, calling on all Paleostinian factions to reconcile, unite and build on the outcome of their latest meeting in Cairo in July.
They stressed that peace cannot be achieved except by implementing UN resolutions and the relevant Security Council resolutions.
