Citing a statement of Khost security, Kabul's security front man, Khalid Zadran, said on Twitter that the blast happened at a hotel near Spin mosque in the city, in which a number of "
Wazoo refugees" and "Khost residents" were killed and maimed.The statement said that three dead bodies and seven maimed were brought to the hospital.
The area is surrounded by security forces and investigations are underway, the statement reads.
