In the Avdiyiv direction, our defenders courageously hold the defense. We repelled more than 10 enemy attacks in the Avdiivka area and another 10 attacks east of Stepovoy, southeast of Severny and south of Pervomaisky.This was announced by the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalev, on the air of the telethon. He added that the Defense Forces continue the offensive operation in the Bakhmut and Melitopol directions.
On Melitopolsky, the tactical position west of Robotyny was improved.

In the Mariinsky direction, the defenders repelled more than 10 enemy attacks in the area of ​​Maryinka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka.
In the direction of Shakhtar, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives south of Zolotaya Niva and south and east of Vugledar.
In Zaporizhzhia, the defenders hold back the enemy in the Verbovoy area. More than 10 attacks were repelled on Kupiansky in the area of ​​Synkivka and Ivanivka of the Kharkiv region. In Lymanskyi, the Defense Forces continue to hold back a powerful enemy offensive in the areas of Makiyivka, Luhansk region , Torsky and Serebryansky forests, Donetsk region.
During the past 24 hours, there were 95 combat clashes.
Yesterday, the General Staff reported on the activation of the enemy in the Avdiiv direction. The Russians, with forces of up to three battalions and with the support of tanks and armored vehicles, intensified their offensive in the Donetsk region. Insurgents are attacking Avdiivka itself. Yesterday they hit the coke plant.
Earlier, the General Staff said that the Russians wanted to completely surround Avdiivka and take Maryinka under complete control.
