"Until yesterday, the Islamic Resistance® killed 17 soldiers, injured 55 others, destroyed more than 10 vehicles in 89 operations that hit 40 Israeli targets," Matar said, noting that dozens of surveillance systems across the border were disabled due to the resistance attacks.
