| #7 The suit is very specific and should have been an SEC criminal case. It was a concerted attempt to lower the value of a Trump corporation that they were trying to sell. The 20 firms all reported a 73 million $ loss that never occurred nor was it claimed anywhere by any of the partied in the merger/sale or the government. IN A FAIR GOVERNMENT the SEC would have put criminal charges in action. |

| #4 The traditional jurisprudence is it is difficult for a "public figure" to win this sort of case. As "social media" has made anyone who is unfortunate enough to appear in it a "public figure," it's probably time to make some adjustments to the statutes involved. |

| #1 Well, if Trump is in a trial and the powers to be use that to shut him down, then by extension should not Trump then get to shut down these parties if they are in a trial with him? |
