[Regnum] A patrol of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) was fired upon by the Israeli army in the south of the country. It is noted that as a result one of the vehicles of the UN Interim Forces was damaged, but no one was injured.
As Regnum reported , on November 22, IDF fighters attacked targets of the Lebanese Shiite organization Hezbollah in response to shelling from Lebanese territory. Several Lebanese drones were shot down by air defense systems.
Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said Israel is using indiscriminate force in the Gaza Strip, leaving the enclave facing a humanitarian catastrophe.
The UN called the number of civilian casualties during the Palestinian-Israeli conflict staggering and unacceptable.
The organization's Secretary General Antonio Guterres is deeply shocked that in less than 24 hours, two UNRWA (UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees Agency) schools were attacked in the Gaza Strip. He called for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire.
