| #4 The school student is 94% minority based. Raleigh, NC as a whole is: 51.5% White alone 26.9% Black alone 12.1% Hispanic alone and others So Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School is just another example of the Liberal Democrat integrated Magnet Charter School concept. |

| #1 Draw your own conclusions as to why such things happen. Here is Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School website. BTW: Its Demographics are: 94% Minority student body with a majority Black. Which is higher than the North Carolina state average of 55%. |
