Biden pardons marijuana use nationwide. Here's what that means

[Yahoo - USAToday] President Joe Biden announced Friday he's issuing a federal pardon to every American who has used marijuana in the past, including those who were never arrested or prosecuted.
"Psssst, Dad? Coke! Cocaine, OK?"
The sweeping pardon applies to all U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in possession of marijuana for their personal use and those convicted of similar federal crimes. It also forgives pot users in the District of Columbia. It does not apply to individuals who have been jailed for selling the drug, which is illegal under federal law, or other marijuana offenses such as driving under the influence of an illegal substance.

I have commented I feel the OPEN Borders was for multiple reasons.

Re-Election after Biden controllers have him pardoning them, granting Citizenship and the vote. Then selling they will be removed if TRUMP wins, so vote LSD

To bring in a Culture which counters the once Christian values and morals. Thus create conflicts.

To allow in a 5th Column. Which will cause all types of terrorist issues. Thus allowing the DC Swamp to declare a National Martial Law Emergency situation to go Draconian Law.

#3  Example of the Stupidity of Federal Laws.
The Federal Marijuana Laws were/are so loosely written that a person COULD have be sentenced up to 3 years in jail for 1 joint.

Now say the person received the usual US Federal District Court 1 year probation sentence. Now ATF 4473 Form would disqualify that person from firearm purchases for life.

ATF Form Question
....other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one Year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation?

But that same ATF disqualified person can hold a TS SCI SAP SBI clearance. And yes, I have seen it actually on several sites.

They can find Cocaine use in the WH and no serious investigation, arrest or results?
