Hamas spokesman Abu Ubaida says fate of many hostages unknown
2024-01-15
[GEO.TV] Hamas
...the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,...
armed wing front man Abu Ubaida said on Sunday that the fate of many Israeli hostages has become unknown.

In his first televised appearance for several weeks, marking the 100th day since the outbreak of the war, Abu Ubaida said many of the hostages "may have been killed", blaming their fate on Israel.

He added "any talks before stopping the Israeli aggression are worthless."

The October 7 cross border attack into Israel came in response to 100 years of "massacres against our people carried by the occupier and its gangs," he added.
Taking hostages is bad enough. Losing track of them seems to be a peculiarly Arab thing. Now that I think about it, so's taking them, except for the occasional criminal gang. Guess you're known by the company you keep.
Please focus on the massive aparteid Israeli government response, not on the actual 7 Oct 2023 Hamas terrorist attack and obvious causes of the conflict. (sarc off)

#3  You kind have to assume that the remaining hostages are dead or have been abused to the extent that they will never be surrendered.

#2  Fate of many hostages unknown.

I believe one could accurately guess. I'm shocked that as many survived the ordeal as did.

#1  A warped sort of "chain of custody" argument.
