| #2 Unlike the last one which was basically state vs state (just check the regimental names), this one is going to be urban vs everyone else. There's not enough population to guard every powerline, pipeline, rail line, bridge or other system of connectivity for commerce to flow. Think lockdown for years not a couple months. |
