#2  ^ Could be. It’d be interesting to guesstimate the same numbers for the Ukrainian side. They didn’t start off with nearly as many tubes and liners as the Russians and have also been prolific with their artillery use. There is a choke point in every logistical chain. For instance one US company manufacturers more than 90% of the primers used in small arms ammunition.
