| #1 The utterly risible Department of State continues to perpetuate the illusion that Somalia is a "nation" with functioning government and laws because various racial, political and intelligence factions of the US government have self-serving reasons to keep the aid money flowing. In reality the miasma of clan violence there makes even Zimbabwe look good. |
