Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) and Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) have introduced a bill that would extend the same taxpayer benefits to Americans serving in the IDF as if they were serving in the US military!

#5  More kabuki. Introducing a bill is easy, but I can’t imagine such a thing would pass in the Republican-controlled House, and no chance it Hell it would even get heard in committee in the Senate. Nor should it — only those who out on an American uniform should get American veteran benefits.

#4  I have a lot less trouble with this than with my tax dollars paying Ukrainian civil servant wages and bennies.

#3  Why should our taxpayers pay for this? Israel should pay veteran benefits for those that fight for them, just as I wouldn't expect Israel to pay for our veterans benefits if they fought in our war.
