The total number of enemy attacks along the entire length of the front since the beginning of the day is 96. The enemy continues to use aviation and attack in several directions. Ukrainian defenders hold the line. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this on Thursday, June 20.
In the Kharkov direction, during the day, the occupiers have already dropped six KAB from the territory of Russia, from the directions of Belgorod and Shebekino, Belgorod region. The areas of Volchansk, Neskuchny and Liptsy were bombed. The enemy carried out unsuccessful assault operations today in Volchansk and near Tikhoy.
Preliminarily, in the Kharkov direction, the Russians today lost 59 people killed and wounded. Several more occupiers surrendered.
In the Pokrovsky direction, fighting continues in 14 locations, in particular in the areas of Sokol, Vozdvizhenka and Novoaleksandrovka. The direction remains the hottest. The enemy is also using aviation. Enemy KABs attacked Evgenovka, Volche and Novaya Poltavka today. The total number of enemy attacks per day increased to 34.
Ukrainian defenders hold off the invaders, inflicting significant losses. Over the past 24 hours, the invaders have lost 295 people in this direction, 99 of them irrevocably. Three armored combat vehicles, two guns, a unit of special equipment and a UAV ground control station were destroyed. Three armored vehicles and four enemy artillery systems were damaged.
After lunch, two new unsuccessful attempts by the enemy to attack in the Kurakhovsky and Dnieper directions. At the last one, the Russians also dropped six guided bombs - the areas of Novotyaginka, Ivanovka and Nikolaevka were damaged.
In other areas, the situation has not changed significantly. The defense forces continue to contain the enemy and inflict maximum losses along the entire front line.
Let us remind you that during the day on June 19, Russia lost about 1,200 military personnel at the front . The total losses of the aggressor country crossed the line of 530 thousand people.
