[Korrespondent] In the Pokrovsky direction, 12 battles are being fought, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Alexandropol, Novoaleksandrovka, Evgenievka, Vozdvizhenka and Sokol.
Russian troops continue to try to advance at the front. The hottest situation is in the Pokrovsky and Kupyansky directions, but the Ukrainian military is giving a decisive rebuff to the enemy, the General Staff report says.
Since the beginning of the day, the invaders have already made 81 attempts to move forward.
In the Kupyansk direction, Russian occupiers have already attacked Ukrainian positions eight times. Five of these attacks are still ongoing - in the areas of the settlements of Stelmakhovka, Sinkovka, Berestovo and Stepnaya Novoselovka. Ukrainian soldiers are effectively destroying the invaders, the General Staff assures.
In the Liman direction, the total number of military clashes is currently six. Ukrainian soldiers continue to repel three enemy assaults near Makeyevka and in the Serebryansky forest. The situation there, according to the General Staff, is under control.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy once unsuccessfully tried today to dislodge our soldiers in the Krynok area on the left bank of the Dnieper. The Russians also fired unguided aircraft missiles there. In addition, the enemy bombed with UABs - dropped two aerial bombs in the areas of Olgovka, Ivanovka and Burgunka.
“Ukrainian soldiers keep the enemy’s actions under strict fire control. The command is taking the necessary measures to strengthen our units in the hottest areas,” the General Staff noted.
Let us recall that Russia lost 1,270 of its occupiers in the war in Ukraine over the past 24 hours . In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the aggressor has lost about 534,360 soldiers.
