#18  Hey, it worked with the Dems (Cough, cough, "Dr." Jill, cough.) and Biden!

#17  Starlink has already reached profitability.
SpaceX would also be there, but they're putting the profits into developing superheavy.

#14  SpaceX makes money with a lot of gummint contracts. Starlink might become profitable soon. Tesla is utterly screwed if gummint subsidies stop.

You decide.

#13  Who thinks Elon is a scammer? People from Boeing and Nasa, most likely. Oh, and the super honorable ham and eggers at the DOJ who want their Baksheesh.

#12  Um, Saul was a scammer. Lots of people think Musk is too...

#8  They aren't stranded.
They merely are choosing to live at the bus stop for a few weeks.

#5  I believe Caidin also wrote "Cyborg". Served as the genesis for "The Six Million Dollar Man". Loved that show as a kid.

Redundant 'insourcing' to reduce Russian launch dependencies.

Skid,

That was a darned good movie - still holds up very well - and the final version of the book (Martin Caidin wrote three of them, one for each iteration of the space program) is still a can't-put-it-down page turner.
