#6  Overseas bank accounts? From previous reports, the 3 accounts sounded like encrypted Telegram chat accounts. Not at all the same thing as banking.

Encrypted overseas bank accounts has a nice scary sound, but on-line banking uses encryption, especially when the traffic goes through gawd knows whose servers.

tl;dr: I am curious whether "bank accounts" is
1) a newly discovered detail
2) just media chaff to confuse the situation.
3) someone's misapprehension of facts

Side note: it is interesting to watch the shooter's public image to evolve from innocent goofy high school kid to something more sinister and current. Just like little Trayvon Martin!

#5  the reports I read said "foreign accounts", with the implication from context that they were media accounts - this is the first I heard about them being bank accounts and considering the source, the 3 day year rule is in effect.
