Judge won't dismiss Trump election case over 'selective prosecution'

[JustTheNews] The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's federal election subversion case denied a motion to dismiss the case, which Trump's motion described as vindictive "selective prosecution." The denial, issued on Saturday, came in a 16-page order.

The presiding judge, Tanya Chutkan,
