#6  Video dude is trained; the tagline is political script, his dialogue is political script, his accent is that generic hollywood western, and his mannerism during the dialogue is that generic politician head nod and I think the camera shake is that hand nodding. Pretty nice make-up job. Reading a script is totally impractical in that set; in fact I think he is in a studio.
