| #3 Yeah, all you have to do is stop counting it, and the numbers go down. Started back during the Clinton admin, you stop counting plea outs. Suspect is arrested for murder, rape, assault. Pleas down to assault. Murder and rape disappear from the records like they never happened, cause if it ain't charged, it don't exist. |

| #1 And all it took was roughly 23+% of the Metro's to stop reporting their crime data to the DOJ/FBI Crime track database. Any bets of which large (D) metros quit supplying crime data recently? |
