Biden committed impeachable offenses, used office for financial benefit of son, family
2024-08-20
[POSTMILLENNIAL] The House Judiciary Committe has concluded that President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant....
has committed "impeachable offenses" and that he "abused his public office for the private financial benefit of the Biden family and Biden business associates.'' Other actions were also revealed in the report, which is part of their ongoing impeachment inquiry.

In a post on Monday, the committee stated, "Our impeachment inquiry shows conclusively that Joe Biden abused his public office for the private financial benefit of the Biden family and Biden business associates. The facts speak for themselves, and Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
can no longer stretch the truth to cover for President Biden."

The findings from the near 300-page inquiry report concludes that Biden committed "impeachable offenses." Some of the actions touched on in the report include that the president sought to "monetize Joe Biden's office of public trust to enrich the Biden family" from 2014 to the present, "afforded special treatment to President Biden's son, Hunter Biden" during his prosecution, as well as "obstructed the Committees' impeachment inquiry by withholding key documents and witnesses."

Additionally, the committee said that the "Biden Justice Department misled Congress about the independence of law enforcement entities in the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden." Part of the investigation as well includes that, "Committees have gathered evidence that President Biden used his official position to conceal his mishandling of classified information as a private citizen. During his tenure as Vice President, Joe Biden removed highly sensitive classified documents from the White House, despite having no authority to do so."

The Judiciary Committee largely referenced "precedent set by House Democrats in 2019 in their impeachment of President Donald J. Trump," which established that an "abuse of office" is "defined as the exercise of 'official power to obtain an improper personal benefit, while ignoring or injuring the national interest,'" and "is an impeachable offense."

House Judiciary Chair Rep. Jim Jordan said of the report, "As Democrats celebrate Joe Biden and crown Kamala Harris
once a marijuana-busting Caliphornia DA
as his heir apparent this week, Americans should remember the reality of the Biden-Harris Administration: crime, chaos, and corruption."

The Congressional Impeachment process has become a political game and has little to do with why it exists.

Too bad, We, the People, only get to decide every so many years. An only if its an honest election.
