[X] A chronic shortage of military vehicles has left the Russian army in Ukraine dependent upon civilian vehicles. This is leading to conflict; sometimes with weapons drawn; between Russian troops and military police, who are trying to confiscate the vehicles.

This is based on anecdotal info. Not sure how much of the 1000 mile front has this problem.

Russian soldiers who have refused to fight have reported being beaten and handcuffed to trees for days without food and water, while their commanders profit from bribes given by relatives desperate to avoid their loved ones being sent into suicidal 'meat wave' assaults.

#2  No it's not anecdotal. There have been many photos and analyses by osint pages on twitter. The Russians have lost a collossal amount of transport.
