#1  Santa Fe is the upper class deep blue city where Left Coasties have second homes (along with the associated high living costs they bring with them and housing displacements). Meanwhile, the people actually sitting on plutonium is Los Alamos where they store the stuff because of obstruction to properly dispose of it at Yucca Mountain NV. That's when the Forest Service isn't trying to set fire to the place.
