According to the publication's sources, the parties are discussing, in particular, mutual refraining from attacks on energy infrastructure, prisoner exchange, the return of Ukrainian children and a grain agreement. The confidential negotiations are taking place at the level of political advisers and concern such issues as the fate of Crimea and the willingness of the parties to compromise.
