"There is no winter on the horizon. Not only will November remain warm, but also, according to preliminary forecasts, the coming December and the entire winter as a whole are expected to be relatively mild and snowy," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
At the same time, the weather forecaster clarified that the coldest season of the year will only arrive in December.
Earlier, Yevgeny Tishkovets reported that this year, the climatic winter in Moscow should begin 20 days later than scheduled, that is, at the beginning of December.
According to the weather forecaster, the climatic winter in the Russian capital should begin on November 13, but this year it will happen much later, which “fits in with the trend of global climate change.”
