#6  Russia will win this war no matter how much money Biden and Blinken squander on it. Yes, undoubtedly, much of the money will line the pockets of those in the military industrial complex. And they don't give a rat's ass about all the death and destruction that results on both sides. This is how you know that people like Blinken are evil.
