[Korrespondent] Ukrainian Armed Forces Contain Russian Attacks in Eastern and Southern Ukraine.
Most of the fighting was recorded in the Kurakhovsky direction. Currently, 16 combat clashes are ongoing there.
Since the beginning of the day, 109 combat clashes have already occurred on the front. The battles are being conducted in 10 directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in a report as of 16:00 on Friday, November 15.
Thus, in the Kharkov direction, the enemy is trying to attack in the direction of Vysokaya Yaruga, where a battle is currently underway. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are also repelling three assaults in the Vovchansk area.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked five times near Kolesnikovka, Kopanki and Nadezhda. Four combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Liman direction, the invading army advanced nine times near Novoegorovka, Terny and Torskoye. The fighting continues.
In the Seversky direction, an attack near Verkhnekamenskoye was repelled.
In the Toretsk direction, eight battles took place in the area of ​​Toretsk and Shcherbinovka. Ukrainian soldiers have already repelled six attacks.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the Russians organized 23 assaults near Mirolyubovka, Luch, Lisovka, Petrovka and Pustynka. The defense forces repelled 17 enemy attacks. Six combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Kurakhovsky direction, the invaders attacked 26 times near Berestki, Novoselidovka, Voznesenka, Novodmitrovka, Maksimilyanovka, Dalniy and Antonovka. Ten assaults have already been repelled.
In the Vremivsky direction, four armed clashes are taking place near Trudovoye, Makarovka, Rivne and Novodarovka.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy attempted to storm the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces five times.
Also, the Ukrainian military continues the operation in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. They repelled 10 attacks by Russian troops. Currently, clashes continue in 11 locations.
