ALSO, NOTE: If you take the time to look at the Link provided regarding the Federal Budget. You'll notice a majority of the Federal Dept. requested 10+% more funds in 2024 than the previous year.

Yet US SSA citizens got a 2.5% +/-COLA?????

Just, leave it up to the states, and mandate they must meet minimum educational standards. Of course, that means California, Oregon and Washington states students are screwed.

NOTE: Eliminating Dept of Education would only save a mere $90B out of the US budget

Total US revenue: $4.919 trillion (actual) 17.1% of GDP
Total US Fed expenditures: $6.752 trillion (actual) 23.4% of GDP
2024 Deficit alone: $1.833 trillion (actual), 6.4% of GDP

BTW: The O'Biden Reigem felt Ukraine was 10x's ($200B) more important, than the need to insure US future citizens and illegals were properly educated.
