Since then at the latest it has been clear that Israel seriously intended to diminish Hezbollah's capabilities which would clearly shift the balance in power in Syria to the detriment of Assad/Iran/Russia. Why hasn't Russia made any viable contingency plans for this event? They had ample time. |
