It's a way of managing the media narrative away from news damaging to them. So what has the Deep State done that is shameful that is now coming out? Well.... Ukraine losing to russia, or Trump winning the election and his appointments which will expose their Russia lies witness the frantic efforts by Joe Biden to pardon his son and fauci and don't forget his son was in a corruption and bribery scandal in Burisma.
