NEW: ICE Philadelphia has arrested a Senegalese illegal alien who is wanted for murder in Brazil. He was caught & released by the Biden/Harris admin’s Border Patrol in Eagle Pass, TX in April 2021. ICE says they were made aware of his Brazilian murder warrant in May.
